Anglin Built is a family owned and operated residential remodeling & new construction home builder in North Florida. In both the Port Saint Joe & Tallahassee, FL area we are known for building high performance homes by utilizing passive principle design strategies. More simply put, we build a higher performance & more efficient house through seeking to minimize heat gain in summer and maximize heat gain in the winter. Our goal is to build a home that will use as little energy as possible, all while staying within budget.

 After talking and meeting with a few contractors in the area, my husband and I decided to use Anglin Built to build our house at St. Joe Beach. When we met with Bryant initially to discuss our build, we thought we thought we'd be there for maybe an hour, but it ended up being almost four! Bryant was very patient and willing to answer all of our questions, no matter how many we asked.
